Order Confirmation
Once an order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days to receive your order confirmation via email at store.us@hollyland.com. The order confirmation will include your order summary and the order confirmation number. Please allow 2 business days for your order to be shipped.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a shipment notification will be sent to you via email with the order tracking information. The email will originate from store.us@hollyland.com.
Change of Shipping Address or Order Cancellation
Once an order has been created, it cannot be changed. If you need to cancel the order or request a shipping address change, please immediately contact us via email: store.us@hollyland.com.
Unsuccessful Delivery
Hollyland cannot be responsible for any order entered with incorrect address information. In the event that an order is delivered to an incorrect address, we cannot be held responsible for a refund or to replace an order entered with an incorrect address.
